If you honestly believe that you could have sex with this woman for a few times before she marries and never speak of it again and never do it again then I say just be secretive about it and go for it. If you think that either of you will get attached and won’t be able to break free later on then I think you need to stay away from her.

Be descrete and set the ground rules first. Make sure noone will find out and make sure its all over once she leaves. Make sure you will be able to act natural around each other afterwards.
