STUART — Stuart police have charged a massage therapist with sexual battery after a client said she was sexually assaulted during a treatment earlier this month. Daniel Fuksman, 40, of Port St. Lucie, was arrested on a sexual battery warrant Thursday and released on $85,000 bond, police reported.
The woman said she had two prior massage sessions with Fuksman from a gift certificate and reported no problems. But on Dec. 4, she said he gave her a glass of water and she became groggy, police said. The woman said she went unconscious and was “sexually violated,” according to police.
